I am a New York-based historic preservationist and interior architect. I was born in Antalya, raised in Kaş, studied and worked in Antalya, Ankara, Lugano, Istanbul, and New York. My research interest is the bonds between cultural heritage, cultural identity, collective memories, and historic preservation, which is shaped along with my experiences with different geographies, diverse cultures, many people, and memories.
